Plagiarism

We do not accept plagiarism in any form at Clementine Zine. If we discover that your submission was plagiarized in any way, your pieces will be automatically rejected. This also means that we do not accept fan works in any form, whether it be fanfiction or fanart.

Content

Although we do appreciate pieces exploring darker topics and themes, please make sure that it is not too graphic and/or triggering. All potentially triggering topics or themes must be properly tagged at the beginning of your pieces. Profanity is allowed, but just not to an excessive level. We will not be accepting pieces that promote and support homophobia, transphobia, racism, xenophobia, sexism, and any other hateful narratives.

Language

Feel free to submit pieces in any language as long as there is a translated version in English!

Acceptances and Rejections

If you are accepted or rejected, you will be given an email. If you are accepted: Congratulations! If you are rejected, please know that one rejection isn't indicative of your skill or worth as a creative! Most rejections will result from pieces not matching the theme of the issue or from a lack of editing before submission.
